The terms strength training, weight training and resistance training have all been used to describe a type of exercise that requires the body's musculature to move against an opposing force. This will involve working individual muscles or group of muscles.
This training encompasses a wide range of training modalities, including weights, therabands, exercise balls, medicine balls, tubing, BOSU Ball, mat exercises and equipment.
Bella Bellies incorporates strength training into the session to focus on a simple range of motion and isolate spot specific muscle groups. The exercises vary depending on the clients interests and goals.
