Exercise for every stage of life - new mom to grandmom!
Want to learn fun and new exercises you can do with your baby/child?
During this session we will sing songs, dance and play. We will also review the proper biomechanics of picking baby up and putting baby down. Learning how to lift baby (and weight in general) will help prevent strain on the neck, shoulders, knees and lower back. An initial fitness assessment is necessary to determine mommies fitness level, to assess goals and review necessary literary articles. Great workout without the need for a babysitter!
