The exercises are selected from organizations such as: Lamaze, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Power Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Iyengar Yoga, Society for Exercise Physiology and more. Our exercises our intended to strengthen your body for pregnancy and beyond.

Postnatal Exercise & Exercise For Motherhood

Mommy & Me Workout
No need to find a babysitter for this session! Learn songs to sing to baby, exercises to do with baby and more! During this session we will sing songs, dance and play. We will also review the proper biomechanics of picking baby up and putting baby down. Learning how to lift baby (and weight in general) will help prevent strain on the neck, shoulders, knees and lower back.
