Eun-Young has been an avid fitness enthusiast throughout her twenties, regularly taking the opportunity to train and keep fit through running and gym training both in the UK and US. After the birth of her first son, Corey, Eun-Young realized that post-partum exercise programs need to be tailored and appropriately modified to account for the physiological changes involved in pregnancy and motherhood. Eun-Young was fortunate enough to cross paths with trainers who were educated on and understanding of these unique challenges and this inspired her to help others see similar benefits and she decided to turn her passion into a profession, leaving behind her hectic career in accountancy.
Eun Young is certified ACE group fitness instructor and personal trainer, a certified pilates mat instructor through Power Pilates, certified TRX trainer and a certified Bella Bellies instructor. She has worked as a personal trainer and stroller class instructor at a prenatal and post natal specific studio in Hoboken NJ, as personal trainer at The Atlantic Club in Red Bank, NJ and is currently working with Mommy-Moves in Monmouth county. Eun-Young is most passionate about working with the mommy (and mommy-to-be!) population and her aim is for others to be able to develop and grow the self-appreciation and confidence that fitness, especially postpartum fitness, has brought to her life.

Shirley has been a massage therapist since 2009. She graduated from Marywood University in Pennsylvannia with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She completed her professional training at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Piscateway, N.J, in October 2009, was awarded state licensure in February 2010, and spent the next year and a half as a massage therapist building private clientele and working for Massage Bar Inc, and The Hoboken Massage Practice out of the Hoboken Chiropractic & Wellness Facility. She also has volunteered much of her time to organizations such as The American Cancer Society Relay for life events, The Breast Cancer Society Race/Walk events, and the NJ Marathon. In 2010, Shirley had the great opportunity to work with the New York Jets as a Sports Massage Therapist during that year's Super Bowl. During that time, she also worked with a wide variety of athletes, professionals, and continued to hone her skills in Swedish, Myofacial, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue Corporate Chair Massage and Sports Massages.
On August 2010, Shirley took YogaFit's Level One Teacher Training, and has been teaching and introducing beginners yoga to the Hispanic community in Union County area. On April 2011, she took Momilates® & Stroller Moves®: Pilates For Mommies Certification with Annie Martens at Bella Bellies Studio, and is looking forward to integrating this knowledge into her practice.
In her free time, Shirley spends a lot of her time with her family, reading books, painting, and the outdoors. Shirley believes that all of us are in need of more positive touch in our lives. As our lives become ever more rushed and pressured, we find fewer and fewer opportunities for actual physical contact with other people. It is exciting to share what I learn and to see others find not only fitness through yoga, or Momilates® & Stroller Moves® but also contentment, peace, and a sense of fulfillment.

Josie M. Coyoc has been a personal trainer, mat Pilates, and Yoga instructor thru AFAA since 2002 and is a Certified Holistic Health Counselor thru the Institute for Integrative Nutrition since 2007. She has been a professional dancer since 1993 with two of the top dance companies in the world - Pilobolus Dance Theatre and Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company. Josie still works for Pilobolus.
She graduated with a BFA with Honors from the Boston Conservatory of Music. She has been certified in prenatal/post natal workout and yoga since 2004 and is excited to also offer post natal mat pilates, Momilaties® and Stroller Moves® thru BellaBellies to her private clients. She also teaches Belly Dancing and ballet bar for fun. Josie believes that a combination of nutrition; safe, consistent work outs; and a clear understanding of your goals leads to success . She is also learning about the joys and challenges of motherhood and it has greatly enlightened her understanding of how important it is for mommies and mommies-to-be to have the right support in getting their bodies back and gaining greater strength, flexibility, and tone.

Melissa is a certified Momilates® & Stroller Moves® instructor and has her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University. She loves working with prenatal, post natal and adolescent clients to educate and counsel them on the importance of diet and exercise during these major life stages. As a new mother, Melissa understands the physical and emotional changes that women go through and enjoys teaching new moms (and mommies-to-be!) how to feel good about themselves both internally, through nutrition, and externally with exercise.

Carrie Campbell is a Hoboken mom of 2. She has been teaching Pilates for over 13 years and is a senior level Teacher Trainer for Power Pilates NYC. She has appeared in numerous Pilates DVDs and has been featured in several magazines including Fitness, Us Weekly, and Pilates Style. Carrie gives all the credit to Pilates for both of her happy healthy pregnancies and births, as well as helping her get back to her pre-pregnant body soon after birth. In Prenatal Pilates, she teaches breathing techniques to help with labor, core strengthening to help with pushing and to prevent diastisis, stretching to help combat all the aches and pains of pregnancy, but best of all, she works on all the peripheral parts of your body that aren't pregnant (legs, arms, & butt!).
After birth, Postnatal Pilates is the best way to regain core strength and pelvic floor control.
