Prenatal Pilates and Stretch
This one-of-a-kind class follows the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Prenatal Exercise Guidelines. It includes modifications that are appropriate for each trimester, thereby challenging and motivating pregnant women of all fitness levels. This class is a great opportunity to integrate strength and flexibility for a renewed sense of power and well-being. Additionally, it includes modified pilates exercises to strengthen the lower back, abdominals, legs and arms. Yoga poses and exercises will be fused into class to stretch the muscles which tend to tighten during pregnancy.
